YRE Competition 2024 – 2025

 

These are the final results for this year’s YRE Competition. We were thrilled with the encouraging number of participants, and it was truly a joy to review the entries. The students’ passion and commitment to environmental issues continue to inspire and energize us in our work.

General Feedback:
The standard of work submitted was exceptional, making the task of selecting winners a challenging one. Please convey our heartfelt congratulations to all participants for their creativity, effort, and dedication.

Regarding the Video Category:
This year, we had to distinguish between YRE and RESisles video entries. The YRE criteria for video submissions were recently updated, and while all entries qualified under RESisles, not all met the revised YRE requirements. Please note that RESisles will not be held next year, so we kindly urge you to familiarize yourselves with the updated YRE criteria moving forward. (https://yremalta.org/yre-criteria/)

Awards Ceremony: 
We are pleased to confirm that the YRE Awards Ceremony will be held on 20th May 2025.
All participants, regardless of their award status, are warmly invited to attend.
