Plastic pollution is a widespread problem affecting the marine environment that is being threatened. It seems that everyday that is passed one can`t stay without hearing about plastic pollution and all this is being done for a good reason. The equivalent of a garbage truck is pured into the ocean every minute.

Two main types of pollution are flooding our seas: chemicals and trash which are very harmful to any living thing. Plastic is one of the worst problems in our seas and is one of the reasons why marine pollution is growing.
