My brother and I have written an article about what happened to some unfortunate flamingos at Salina. Unfortunately someone shot them down while they were flying in the sky. We did some research on flamingos and did some further research about these beautiful birds that we wanted to share with the other children.

Students used recycable trash and collaborated with their families, class teacher and the Senior Leadership Team to use trash recycables to tie up bunches of broad beans from the School Garden which they sowed, watered, weeded, hand-picked, weighed and packed in class. They also sold the produce to the teaching staff. The students turned the recycables into models: a train station with train carrages, a vessel, vases, personalised cards, and other models. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=510857196606098 Link to watch video on school facebook.

Littering in Malta is a big problem and is continuing to harm our environment. Results in Malta show that only 1% of plastic waste is recycled. We need keep clean! If everybody does his part there would be no sickness and the streets would be cleaner.
