The great craftsmanship of our ancestors was brought to light by the restoration works that have been carried out for Valletta 18. It is remarkable to be able to view the intricate details of the work in the stone and wood as can be seen in the photo of Palazzo Ferreria built at he end of the 19th century. Well done to the people working with the Restoration Department. We look forward to seeing more facades around the Maltese Islands being given a facelift as well. Such projects will ensure that these buildings are conserved for future generations for more people will appreciate the architectural styles used in the past.
